As a provider of outsourced billing, procurement and other back office services for the energy industry, ESG relies on strategic partners to provide specialized technology and/or services to meet the objectives of our energy clients' complex operational requirements. In some cases ESG teams with strategic partners to offer flexibility and specialized functionality to meet our clients' objectives in the areas of billing, invoice and letter fulfillment, electronic payment processing, call center, lock box, and collections.
