General Responsibilities
- This position is responsible for daily management of client and trading partners in terms of maintaining the ongoing EDI and non-EDI partnerships, testing new partners and new transactional functionality, and managing transaction set rollout programs across the trading base.
- This position interfaces daily with counterparts within client's back office systems to ensure consistent transaction integrity and full data guidelines compliance.
- The position's principal objective is to ensure viable data partnerships are created, maintained, and result in effective transfer of data into/out from internal application systems.

Qualifications
- Ability to work on multiple projects, meet deadlines, and creatively solve problems
- Ability to work with both business and technical personnel
- Attention to detail and solid organizational skills a must
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in all Microsoft Office products
- Two plus years of experience providing project implementation support
- Working knowledge of a variety of file formats including EDI X12 standards

Specific Responsibilities and Activities
- Adhere to client specifications and internal operating standards
- Assist in the continuous improvement of client and ESG processes and documentation
- Create and execute implementation test plans
- Create data dictionaries, data mapping guidelines and other pertinent documentation
- Interpret and manage client and trading partner requirements as well as offer solutions
- Interpretation of EDI Implementation Guidelines as well as other format specifications
- Managing client trading partners
- Monitor market conditions
- Perform unit testing of EDI and non-EDI translation solutions (ie. XML, flat file)
- Support the daily transaction environment and resolve issues related to transmission and customer and carrier data flow integrity, audits and controls
- Communicate with internal resources within Mapping, Production, QA and Development/IT
- Collaborate with EDI and non-EDI counterparts with trading partner base to resolve transaction and transmission issues related to data activity
- Execute mapping development needed in support of new transactions and rollout programs, negotiating with customers as needed to achieve mutual benefit
- Manage all daily testing with trading partners in support of established testing plans
- Assist team in problem solving and coordinate analysis activity across team members
