ESG Releases Client Satisfaction Results—Positive Results Again Demonstrate Industry Leadership in Competitive Electricity and Natural Gas Markets

ESG’s quarterly Client survey demonstrates again that ESG continues to exceed Client satisfaction levels. ESG asked Clients to rate customer satisfaction and identify areas for improvement, measuring the importance of key business attributes such as responsiveness, flexibility, market expertise, systems capability and more. The survey also asked Clients to rate ESG’s performance in supporting operations in competitive energy markets.

Asked to rate ESG’s services, Clients gave ESG an impressive average score of 4.19 on a scale of 1 to 5, with 5 being superlative. From a list of more than 10 options, a secure, reliable and high availability computing environment, vendor flexibility and responsiveness, and exception identification, resolution and help desk were identified as the most important features of ESG’s services.

Asked whether they were willing to recommend ESG to industry peers, an astounding 97% of Clients stated they would strongly recommend ESG. Numerous positive comments highlighted ESG’s professionalism, customer service and advanced technology, which supported the willingness of clients to refer ESG.
