Energy Services Group (ESG) announced today that it has signed a License Agreement with Joplin, Missouri based Conversant, Inc. Under the agreement, ESG will add CIS and billing functions to its existing systems capabilities with Customer Watch, Conversant's award winning software.

ESG provides business process outsourcing services, primarily billing, transaction management and settlement, to nearly 80 companies operating in competitive natural gas and electric service territories across North America. ESG intends to offer Customer Watch as an add-on service to their retail energy and utility clients.
