The Account Manager will be responsible for on-going relationship and day-to-day account management between ESG and its customers. Specifically, this role will be responsible for the Latitude business customers. The Latitude Account Manager will respond to customer inquiries, resolve customer problems, help define requirements for new product features and updates, and meet with customers to solicit feedback and up-sell additional Latitude services or products.
